Full Journal pdf1994-01-21 House Journal Page 2118 HB 109 A message dated January 19, 1994, was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 109(JUD) with the following amendment: Page 1, lines 8 - 9 and line 11: Delete "AS 11.41.410 - 11.41.440" Insert "AS 11.41.410 - 11.41.450" 1994-01-21 House Journal Page 2119 HB 109 Page 3, line 28: Delete "may" Insert "shall" Page 3, line 31, following "as": Insert "(1)" Page 4, line 3, following "victim": Insert "; (2) is necessary to pursue civil remedies against the test subject; or (3) otherwise permitted by the court" Page 4, line 8: Delete all material. Insert "act or omission under authority of AS 18.15.300 - 18.15.320. However, this subsection does not preclude liability for a grossly negligent or intentional violation of a provision of AS 18.15.300 - 18.15.320." And so, the following is transmitted for consideration: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109(JUD) am S "An Act relating to blood tests for persons charged with sex offenses; and providing for an effective date."
